Choose a Physician
Both physicians are trained in internal medicine and have collaborated for over 25 years. Contact the office to find which doctor has the soonest availability.

Complete Registration
Fill out the new patient registration form before your first visit.

Initial Consultation
Your first visit helps our physicians discuss treatment options and develop a personalized plan using both anthroposophical and conventional approaches.

Payment & Insurance
Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of service unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard. A $30 fee applies to returned checks.
Insurance
Medicare claims are submitted directly, with patients responsible for copayments and deductibles. Other insurance is not billed; patients receive coded receipts for self-submission.
Cancellations
Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours (one business day) prior. New patient cancellations require two business days' notice.
