Community Supported Anthroposophical Medicine
Using holistic methods, nature-based remedies, innovative direct care and in-patient intensive treatments.
Our Mission
Steiner Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1997. We are dedicated to providing accessible, community-supported anthroposophical medicine that treats the whole human being — body, soul, and spirit.
Our approach integrates conventional medical knowledge with anthroposophic therapies, nature-based remedies, and artistic healing modalities. We believe that true healing addresses the root causes of illness, not just symptoms, and that every person has the capacity for self-healing when given the right support.

Anthroposophic medicine expands conventional medicine with a deeper understanding of the human being. It recognizes that true healing requires addressing the physical body, life forces, emotional life, and individual spirit.
Our physicians integrate standard medical training with anthroposophic therapies including therapeutic eurythmy, rhythmical massage, art therapy, and nature-based remedies.
